We CARE about small business

Each level of CARE is increasingly progressive, with each level designed to provide small businesses with the most appropriate services for their cybersecurity-related needs and capabilities. Each level of service offered revolves around the Cyber Clinic’s three pillars: Assessment, Remediation, and Education.

Our team will visit the business, where they will identify important assets and evaluate their criticality, analyze vulnerabilities or potential threats, and recommend controls to improve the business’s security. All findings are compiled in a report that is presented to the small business.

Cyber Clinic members will review the report with the business owners, answer questions, provide advice, and ensure that all the concerns of the owner are addressed.

Cyber Clinic members will inform small business owners as much as possible about relevant cybersecurity concepts, principles, and strategies throughout each step of our process. In addition, members will also provide resources that small business owners can refer to for additional cybersecurity knowledge.

CARE Level 2 – Tier 1 Services + Remediation

Remediation

Cyber Clinic members will perform any approved tasks necessary to implement recommendations and remediate various vulnerabilities discovered throughout the course of the assessment.
